How do I join the challenge & access the program?

When does the challenge start?

You will get access to your plan immediately - but the official start date of the challenge is the 15th May and will run for 40 days.

Is there a guarantee?

Is this suitable for beginners?

I won't lie... some of the exercise will be tough - but it is suitable for beginner yes! Inside you have access to scaled exercises for those tricky positions if you're not able to complete them. 

When should I do my session? 

We recommend you try to complete 1 session per day. When that is, is up to you. Before training, first thing in the morning or before you go to sleep at night, the choice is yours.

Do I need any equipment?

No. All the exercises can be completed with zero equipment.
